
Clovia Hamilton is an Assistant Professor in the Kelley School of Business' Department of Business Law and Ethics. She researches information privacy, AI ethics, smart policing, and intellectual property law issues. Clovia has taught Smart Cities, Operations Management and Industrial Engineering; and currently teaches Business Ethics and Equity in Diverse Organizations. She holds a PhD in Industrial & Systems Engineering from the University of Tennessee, MBA from Wesleyan and Master of Laws in intellectual property law from the University of Illinois Urbana Champaign. Clovia is a USPTO registered patent attorney and member of the Georgia bar.
